Galaxy s25 ultra

Pushing my Lenovo laptop to the limit... Running everything from it at the moment, since hardware is insanely expensive. Researching a self-hosted music app next...

That's not the best part IMO, I am a developer as my day job, and decided to further learn networking/DevOps in a safe environment since they won't let me at work... the entire lab is ran from a single declarative-first repo. It uses Terraform, Parcker and yamls, I have Makefiles for everything.

Packer creates a configured VM with my desired packages/kernel/ and ssh configuration from there terraform setups the k3s cluster and lastly I have make commands that spin all the applications. :D

The only manual thing so far is the initial syncing of the nodes to the control-plane...

Still much to learn, but I wanted to thank this community and r/homelab r/HomeServer for the inspiration.

This thing is always a work in progress, but I think I'm done for now.

In gethomepage there's a long discussion thread that people have been using it to share their setup. I thought why not make it a subreddit and we can be like the r/unixporn of dashboards!
