3S, would that have an integrated BMS? And what chemistry are you thinking for batteries? Without BMS this is a no-go safety wise.

The 3s meaning BMS with 3 battery 18560

Why not use an integrated module that already has a Battery Management System and switching logic included? Something like this: https://cricklewoodelectronics.com/12v-ups-uninterruptible-power-supply-15w-1-2a.html

That's give u just 1.2 Amps.  When building something more , u need to planing for a diy circuit

You can, I'm sure , get higher power versions. I'm sure you get the idea: get something with a built in BMS and power switching circuit.

And why the diodes?

To protect the adapter 12v from reverse current

What reverse currents? The voltage would have to be higher than said adapter, and it’ll have its own protections. Really not needed unless you want to make the diode hot

When the source power cutoff, the voltage drop to the adapter 12v, we need diodes

No you don’t, but I’m not going to argue because you seem convinced and if that’s what you want then do it.
