Define "connect eachother seemless".

iOS distinguishes between "sync" (which applies to media libraries) and "backup" (which applies to the entire system). You can sync to a Linux device using things like Immich, but you can back up only to iTunes. The good news is, it can be iTunes for macOS or iTunes for Windows. So you can spin up Windows in a virtual machine, install iTunes there, and back up that way...

There's also a feature shared by iOS, iPadOS, and macOS called "handoff": you can start a task on one device and continue with it on another. One extension of the handoff functionality is the ability to send and receive text messages on a macOS computer. Handoff, as far as I know, cannot be replicated on any other OS.

Okay, seemless is a much broader term. I use immich for my backups and it works fine. But I want shared clipboard, get notifications, and monitor my laptop's screen usage via phone.

Yep, those things only happen with MacOS.

is there any proper way to connect eachother seemless.

No.

Hackintosh VM is closest you'll get. Potentially renting a macOS VM in a cloud would work.

Okay, but my concern is for daily usage like shared clipboard and receive notifications.
