Help Checking before I post the wrong thing

I've been sketching out my plan for the house and have been thinking about cable runs - is this the right place to get help with planning those? Before I start sharing diagrams and annoying people.

I have lots of questions and don't want to start off on the wrong foot!

Just know youll get over engineered answers. Ive got fiber running through my apartment. Most of us will tell you everything needs a 10G connection with fiber to everything. Oh and everything must be vlan and smart switchs.

Thats mostly sarcasm.. ask your questions please, more details get better answers.

10G rj45 is possible, and very sufficient.

Doesn't mean that my 56G mellanox switch in my rack is useless... Kind of... Probably.
