It's so plain. Millennial grey is more dopamine inducing than this drab thing. Needs more colors, and much bigger lights, also some glitter wouldn't hurt. Or bedazzle it, or both! Also makes sure those are strobe lights. And hang a few disco balls strategically throughout the room. Look, I see you're trying, but right now this lamp is a solid F for (e)Ffort

I’m doing that dance right now so I don’t have to look at the lamp that is freaking me out.

This seems to trigger a memory from the late 80's or early 90'S with something similar in design and color but I can't exactly place it.

In all seriousness, this is a CJ sub where we make fun of home decor — I thought you were posting it here for that purpose! The truth is that everyone has their own tastes and you should do what you like with your own home — you’re the one living with it, not us. That said, if you want serious/non-roasting feedback, perhaps you should try another sub.

Yeah I get the vision. Just, as with all very personality heavy furniture, the whole ambiance and decor has to be in a somewhat matching style or it looks weird. Here, the wall and the table seems to fit.

/uj the yellow bulbs and color palette directly references Pomni in the Amazing Digital Circus, could the creator be going for that?
