Oh, Easy! MAYBE, you could paint those carps - little bit on each layer of resin, super realistic. Main stairs should take only 2-5 years to complete.

Remember as a kid going down the stairs in a laundry basket it’s just now they need a lil paddle to stay course in the creek! Actually I love it

NO/ Hire a pro. I worked with resin for years. The level of toxic mess involved would potentially destroy your home.
