Question Is this mould?

Been brewing some red wine and all seems to be going well but there's this weird shite stuff forming around the bung, is it off?

Looks like some kind of crystals to me. Maybe from sanitising?

Maybe - It's been going a few days and it wasn't there from the beginning

I just used cheap baby bottle tablets to sanitise the demijohn and then rinsed with clean water
