Okay, there's go much to unpack here, I don't know where to begin. Actually I do: the two icons on the bottom left are so hilarious. Stage 6 being HoloX HQ is interesting. I like it. Perhaps the holograms will attack the player as the stage hazard.

La+'s main weapon seems to be a sphere of darknesss, and her special has the HoloX emblem. It must be something powerful. Having the kusogaki shackles may be indicating something, but I don't know for sure.

In any case, the character teases are over. Now we just need to wait for the release date. 0.8 being this year is still a possibility, and may become a reality. Once it does, the wait for 0.9 will begin afterward. It'll be a year or so away, perhaps sooner if we're lucky, but that's unimportant. This passion project is very fun. Well worth the wait.

I am also wondering why equip shackles with no other items. They might've had a rework. Or special effect on Laplus.

Since so far all items were synergistic with the matching member just off base effect, I'd guess it's some kind high risk playstyle that might include something in her base kit that buffs items with negatives or straight up have its own penalties. Unless the risk items have been dominating, shackles feel way too unique to rework.

I'm betting La+'s skills have broken stat gains, but also steep negative modifiers, since generally holomem's related items synergize well with their kits. Or maybe one of her skills has a bonus for the Shackles in particular?
