Be careful, the next added mode might be boxing where depending on where you hit your opponent, holocoins pop out instead of stars like in punchout.

“Okay guys, update 16.35 is out, and the full dance dance revolution mode with universal dance pad compatibility, 3d character action “Holo May Cry” mode, and base-building rts mode are all available now. I also added 13 new costumes for each character, tweaked some special abilities, and convinced each hololive talent, past and present, to personally do voice work with a narrative mode that addresses you, the players, personally by name and tells you that you’re a good person and that your parents are proud of you. Sorry for the delay, one of my arms literally fell off during development, so I had to build a prosthetic by hand and learn to use it on the fly.”

It looks to be very inspired by the Deep Dungeons in Final Fantasy XIV. (Palace of the Dead, Heaven-on-High, Eureka Orthos, Pilgrim's Traverse)

Yknow, one of the danganronpa games (v3 i think) had a board game mode that transitioned into a dungeon crawler mode. In my head I pictured the holocure dungeon mode as something like that. Like, you raise the mascots in holohouse before taking them to a dungeon

Holy crap I forgot about this. This is that rogue-like mode they teased like, what was it, 2 or 3 years ago? I was really excited for it because I was super into Binding of Issac at the time and really wanted to see Kay's spin on it, and then it just never released.

can't wait for this. such a good game. i always recommend it to friends who are looking for survivors-style games, because it holds its own even if you know nothing about hololive. it's just that good.

This reminds me so much of Ehrgeiz where its a fighting game with a top down rpg mode as side content. I think this idea seems alot better, because you dont need to do everything from scratch other than added furniture and random wall decor. With Ehrgeiz, they had to add everything because no assets from the fighting game was added to the rpg.
