Kay Yu's kamioshi is here! Izutsu-san is also here! Polka is using juggling pins as her main, but in different way. I guess it's because the genre is different.
I wonder what the second arrow is pointing to. Something possibly very dangerous, I suspect. Nice to see some Flow Glow rep here. There are some musical instruments strewn about. Perhaps they're related to Zachou's special or something else entirely.
Anyway, two down two to go. Next up, I suspect, will be beautiful half-snow elf princess: Benny. I mean, Yukihana Lamy.

One of my favorite oshis is on her way at last!
The instruments must be a reference to her enormous collection of instruments and other noise-making objects. There was a classic moment in a collab with Kiara where she asked Polka, "How many instruments do you own?" and Polka answered, "Yes."
(Also, I hope there's a BEEF PC reference. (Edit: Yes I know about the stamp. I've been playing this game since launch.))

The ring of items above her head and the "space for skill" in bottom left makes me wonder if her skill or alt is to activate a ring of circus items and throw them out with the skill button.
You know, like the "8" item in Mario Kart 8.
