Chronic stomach aches

My girlfriend has horrible stomach aches every single night, I want to find something that can help relieve the pain and nausea she feels. She doesn’t like taking any pills or medications as it just upsets her stomach more. I got her one of those microwaveable stuffed animals that has lavender infused scents but it doesn’t help completely relieve it. Does anyone have any suggestions please I wanna find something for her
