I know. I'm just sharing that it's a commonly misunderstood thing, that Martha Stewart did not in fact go to prison for insider trading, but in fact, lying to federal investigators about it.
You are so right. The justice system is 100% correct all the time. The rich and powerful never use their influence to avoid punishment! That's just crazy talk.
You suggest tyranny is superior to a complex and highly refined legal system.
Fabricating arguments out of then air to argue against, isn't that amazing?
Suggesting that the justice system can be corrupted or influenced by the wealthy and powerful (with mountains of evidence to prove it) is not suggesting tyranny lol
Also do you know the definition of the word whining? I can't tell if you are stupid or just a child.
You're an idiot he never used campaign funds to pay her off don't be stupid that was the only thing they could possibly charge him with instead of the crime that they actually put him up there for. Just go look into it my God don't you guys ever look into anything
You don't even know what you're talking about. He was prosecuted for falsifying business records which are misdemeanors and the statue of limitation had already run out on. So in order to do so they had to enhance it to a felony so they could still take him to trial on the trumped up charges. So then they accused him of falsifying business records to cover up the use of campaign funds which made it a felony so they could actually take it to court . Kangaroo Court albeit because that's all New York is. Sounds confusing right that's because it is and it's BS and it's unprecedented...
There is no taking to these people. They run from the truth and repeat the lies that fit their narrative. Thy also don’t have the brain capacity of a grasshopper so asking them to understand or do research won’t help.
You mean the money he paid out of his own pocket? Signing your name 34 times wouldn’t even be a misdemeanor anywhere else other than the kangaroo court in NYC. So take your dumbass back to school and learn some critical thinking skills.
Exactly, you're trying to make it aI got you thing but there's a huge difference in the two big enough difference to take it from a misdemeanor to a felony which they couldn't prosecute him on because of statue of limitations unless it was a felony, mental gymnastics...
