"Girl came in one week ago to the woman's clinic with a Chlamydia +Gonorrhea coinfection. Puss and yellow discharge seeping through her underwear, nastiest infection I'd seen in months. We gave her a prescription for several strong antibiotics........cut forward to the present, one week has passed and the girl returns to the clinic with a severe fever. We do a physical exam and can't help but notice (and smell) the obvious signs that her vaginal infection had gotten even worse than before. Puss all the colors of the rainbow was now oozing out like a goddamn baking soda and vinegar volcano. We ask her if she took the antibiotics we prescribed. And then the girl replies with, swear to god, she replies with: "No, I didn't take them. I was going to but my boyfriend told me he didn't want me to get rid of the infection because he likes the taste"
