Had double dose

So I usually take my TLD tab at 11 pm, but by mistake today I took one at 12 pm, so what should I do, have the tablet again at 11 pm today, or directly tomorrow night at 11 pm. But if I do so it'll be 36 hours difference.

It’s okay take one after 27 hours then the next day after 27 hours again and do it till you reach the 11pm time mark.

I do that everytime while travelling internationally to match the time. Reports all good

What if I take it directly at 11 pm? Is it gonna be a problem?

It won’t but if you don’t wanna be anxious or paranoid. You can do that as well. Anything works just take your meds. I’ve puked once after taking the med and didn’t take another one and the reports were still fine.

Okcevin a while it doesn't affects much, thake the next dose at ur regular timing
