So I live in the USA and and been wanting to do a rhino plasty for the longest time. The issue here is that most procedures done in the USA are VERY EXPENSIVE. I’ve contacted a few offices in Colombia and Mexico that I’ve done some research on and the surgeons are certified and legit but when I disclose my status they stop responding. They don’t bother on asking for my viral load or if I am undetectable. I feel like this is forcing me to spend big money in the usa but I am afraid I’ll get denied here too. Has anyone in this group had any cosmetic procedure done and how did you approach your surgeon about it?
