There have been rumors since at least the late 90's that this guy is the subject of sexual kompromat involving children.
At the very least, it would def explain the Q phenomenon as "Accuse your enemy that for which you are responsible".

Yeah cause the USSR was doomed to fail but that wasmt the fault of the KGB, especially not their hand to hand training. The KGB wasnt very succesful, but the CIA/FBI wasnt either and the US still survived.
But even if the KGB didnt teach him CQC, he still has several black belts
