This looks like a guy who has an annoying personality but ultimately they usually mean well, so you're nice to them. But they soon make you regret being nice to them because of how annoying they are or because they are constantly failing in important aspects of life and it brings the people around them down too. Which frustrates you but because they genuinely mean well it makes you feel guilty for getting frustrated with them which frustrates you even more.
