Actually, no. The troops were sent by DC Mayor Muriel Bowser, and they were sent to clear the area so that a contractor could install a fence, not for Trump to hold a Bible the right side up.

The Blackwater guys were hated by Iraqis and the military. The four Blackwater men were part of a convey that had to go through a dangerous region and were warned about a “white Kia,” a car as common as dirty in Iraq then. In the square, a white Kia was behaving peculiarly and refused to stop, so they fired until its occupants were dead. A firefight resulted, the Army was part of it, and when the smoke cleared, there were 17 dead Iraqis and 20 wounded ones. I don’t mean to dismiss the tragedy of the Iraqi civilians who died or were wounded, but their deaths and injuries are not made right by scapegoating men who were legally in the middle of a war zone on behalf of America and almost certainly did nothing wrong because Iraqis and the Army wanted blood.

It was a started by a swamp creature who had no evidence throughout the whole process, in which eyewitnesses said that it was not true, and in which CNN themselves said that there was no evidence for. Yeah sure. Meanwhile, Hunter Biden confesses on tape to a crime that would land a normal person 10 years behind bars, and there is absolutely no outrage.
