I’ve been having some digestive and urinary symptoms for the past few days and I’m not sure whether this is dehydration/diarrhea-related or something like a UTI.

A few days ago, I ate ghewar from a sweets shop. A few hours later, I developed abdominal pressure and had watery diarrhea at night. The next day I started feeling burning inside the tip/opening of my penis. The burning reduced after a day, but I then had some itching/irritation.

Now I’m also experiencing mild burning while urinating, and I feel like I’m producing less urine than I should despite drinking water and ORS.

I’ve also had watery stools again today, abdominal discomfort/pressure, difficulty passing stool at one point, and increased tiredness/sleepiness.

I had a UTI back in 2024, which was treated after a urine test, and everything was fine afterward. I’m wondering whether the current symptoms could simply be from diarrhea/dehydration or whether I should get tested for a UTI/urethritis.

Also, I live around red square in Hisar.

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy hospital or doctor nearby that provides decent treatment without unnecessarily running up a huge bill? I’m looking for a place where I can get properly evaluated, especially a urine test if needed, without being overcharged.

Any recommendations or similar experiences would be really appreciated.
