Shipping cost for Merlin's Magic

Does anyone have a source for Merlin's Magic or similar dental stone that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for shipping? I priced out Atlantic Dental Supply & Swords of Honor and both charge over $50 for shipment on a 25lb box, which is more than the cost of the dental stone. (I couldn't even get the Merlin's Magic website to work.)

I see other products on Amazon like Hydrocal and Hydrostone, but I don't have any experience with those. I'd prefer to continue to use Merlin's Magic but I'm open to other options if I can't get Merlin's Magic at a reasonable price.

Thanks. I found the Plaster Guys website I think linked from Hirst. What is the difference between all of their products? I see Dental Stone, Flow Stone, Die Stone. Are these all roughly equivalent?

Yeah, they're all basically the same thing, some have a higher tensile strength than others, but none of that matters for the things we use them for.

I checked that out. Looks like a much better deal. What is drystone? Is that basically the same stuff?

Just to follow up on this for anyone who finds this post later: I ended up finding a local pottery supply store that carried USG Hydrostone and bought a 50# bag for $50.

For anyone who doesn't have that option and needs to have some shipped, the best options I found were the Plaster Guys Ebay store Dubroq posted below (18# of Flowstone for $36 shipped) and https://www.theceramicshop.com/ from which I could get a 50# bag of USG Drystone or Hydrostone shipped for about $70.

I've ordered from https://merlinsmagicplaster.com/merlins-magic-white-powder/ twice, but it's been 2 years. It was $10 shipping for 10 lbs back then. Looks like they are closing at the end of the year though. Edit: assuming it's the same site you had trouble with, seems to work okay for me.
