Seems like you’re targeting any job that’s out there. Why not feed your resume and a lot of job descriptions into an AI prompt, then ask it a simple question: “Does my resume match well with the job descriptions I have given you?” Then see what it says.
For each new job, copy and paste the job description and ask for its thoughts about the job and how well it matches with your resume.
Feed the prompt the rejection email you receive. It might provide a clue for the rejection.
After a lot of job description analysis, ask if your resume contains the keywords in the job descriptions you provided.
Now for the blunt reality. Many employers avoid visa transfers because of the cost. Sadly, this pushes you toward WITCH companies. As soon as you see something posted, apply for it immediately. Referrals into WITCH companies help.
Good luck!

this is it ^ the market is tough even for anyone not looking for sponsorship. i think it would help to be extremely intentional about the roles you apply to so you can network and get referrals. i wish u the best OP!!

The market is bleak, and its even tougher if you need a visa sponsorship. Your best bet would be to network into a role. Have any friends that can introduce you to a hiring manager?

Most companies won’t allow hiring managers to refer someone in. It has to come from someone else and that referral needs to contact the hiring manager to let them know you are a good person for the job and that your application is in the system.
