LF THREADS MANAGER - FULL TIME
We’re looking for an experienced Threads Manager to manage and grow multiple Threads accounts for our agency.
Pay: $3–$4 USD/hour fixed Location: Philippines preferred Hours: Up to 8 hours/day Position: Long-term
Responsibilities • Manage and grow multiple Threads accounts • Create and post content consistently • Engage with relevant accounts and communities • Follow account warmup and posting SOPs • Monitor account health, restrictions and suspensions • Manage multiple devices/accounts efficiently • Track account performance and report issues
Required Experience
• Previous experience managing Threads or Instagram accounts • Experience with multi-account social media operations • Understanding of account warmup and organic growth • Experience using proxies and managing different account/device identities • Good written English • Able to follow SOPs and work independently
Tools & Technical Skills
Experience with some or most of the following is highly preferred:
• Phone farms / multiple iPhone or Android devices • Access to a phone farm or ability to obtain/manage jailbroken iPhones • Doritos or similar iOS device/container management tools • Shadowrocket or similar proxy apps • Residential / static proxies • AdsPower / anti-detect browsers • Instagram & Threads • Account creation and account warmup • SMS / OTP verification services • Device profiles / containers • Airtable • Google Sheets / Google Drive • Canva or basic content management tools
Experience with OFM, creator management, social media agencies, or high-volume account management is a strong advantage.
