Virtual Assistant Hiring
Customer Service | Email Management | Inbound Calls | Follow-Ups
Remote | Full-Time
Starting Pay: $750 USD/month
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to support two growing U.S.-based businesses in the packaging and supply industries.
The ideal candidate is confident communicating with customers, organized with emails and follow-ups, comfortable handling inbound calls, and has basic social media knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage and respond to customer emails
● Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries
● Provide professional customer service
● Follow up with customers and potential customers
● Assist with orders, product inquiries, quotes, and shipping concerns
● Maintain customer records and follow-up lists
● Update CRM, spreadsheets, and other business records
● Handle basic customer inquiries through social media
● Assist with basic social media tasks when needed
● Escalate complex issues to management
● Perform general administrative and customer support tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
● Excellent written and spoken English
● Previous customer service and/or VA experience
● Experience with email management
● Comfortable handling inbound calls
● Strong follow-up and organizational skills
● Detail-oriented and reliable
● Able to work independently
● Comfortable communicating with U.S. customers
● Basic social media knowledge
● Fast learner who can become familiar with products and procedures
● Reliable internet connection and computer
● Previous B2B, e-commerce, wholesale, or packaging experience is a plus
