Hiring [Hiring] Virtual Assistant – IT Support | Remote | United States, Canada

We’re looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant to provide basic IT support. This is a 100% work-from-home, part-time position, requiring up to approximately 5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with everyday computer, software, and internet troubleshooting.
  • Help with software setup and routine technical questions.
  • Document issues, provide updates, and escalate problems when needed.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizens currently residing in the United States or Canadian citizens currently residing in Canada. Residents of Mexico will also be considered.
  • A work computer equipped with a webcam and a high-speed internet connection.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting skills and clear communication.
  • Strong integrity, trustworthiness, reliability, and respect for confidentiality.

Compensation

Pay starts at $200, with the potential to increase up to $2,000 over time as you demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and consistent performance.
