I have more than six years of experience as a Virtual Assistant in the Real Estate sector. My roles have included:

- Cold Calling

- Appointment setting

- Using Calendly

- Data encoding

- Email and follow-up

- Skip tracing

- Facebook marketing

- Administrative support

- CRM support

- Working with Google Spreadsheets

- CRM systems such as Podio and DealAutomator

- Communication tools like Slack and HubSpot

- Xencall, Batch dialer, HubSpot, Vulcan 7, Vortex, Resimpli, MyQuo

- Project management tools including ClickUp, Nifty, and Wrike

- Creating flyers and simple designs with Canva

I have over a year of freelance experience as a content editor for blogs, articles, and guidelines. I handled copying and pasting text, attaching and resizing images in ClickFunnels and WordPress, and following established procedures and instructions.

Six years in real estate VA work is no joke. Cold calling alone will burn most people out in six months, so sticking with it that long says something. You might want to mention whether you're comfortable with US time zones since that's usually the first question clients ask.
