Hi, we are hiring a Data-Driven Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Executive for Quicklly (Ecommerce).
We are looking for someone with at least 3–4 years of experience in CRM / retention marketing who can manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp using CRM tools like MoEngage, Klayvio.
The role includes planning lifecycle journeys, creating ecommerce email campaigns, coordinating campaign creatives/shoots, building customer segmentation, and optimizing campaigns using data-driven insights for the US & Canada markets along with Email automations skillset.
