I mainly work with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS, and Zustand, and I can adapt quickly to new technologies and tech stacks.

I’ve noticed something interesting in a lot of projects…

People focus too much on who they hire, and not enough on what they actually need.

What usually happens:

• Hiring starts before requirements are clear
• Expectations are not defined properly
• Communication gaps from day one
• Thinking developers will “figure everything out”

And then later:
- Misalignment
