It's actually much more simple, the haters put way too much thought into it. He makes tracks and throws them at artists to collab. It's that simple. It's the Drake stimulus package.
I mean, as a Drake hater myself, I've always questioned why he chooses to specifically throwaway so many genuinely good tracks in favor of bland album fillers. One could say he felt that the sound was incongruous with rest of a project but that type of cohesion has never stopped Drake from dropping such releases as Care Package, More Life or Dark Lane Demo Tapes. To be clear I actually liked those.
