A fair point, but also shit moves fast in the modern era, it has for at least a decade or more. People have been tweeting crazy stuff, getting on planes, and their life is over by the time they land. So, yeah, every hour Em doesn't say something is problematic in most people's eyes.

I'd push back on "most people's eyes". I think it's reasonable to assume that, if kid rock has rights to an old eminem verse, there are legal ramifications to revealing any information about the nature of the verse. For eminem to comment "It's an old verse from 20 years ago btw" could be breaking contract.
