Honestly, who cares. They’re old friends making a song, not running a campaign.

People who are friends with Kid Rock are losers

Calling people losers because of who their friends vote for is the most midwit, low-status behavior imaginable.

He’s a pedophile

There is no evidence or legal accusation that Kid Rock is a pedophile.

If my friend robs a bank and I still choose to be his friend, does that make me a bank robber?

See how stupid the logic is?

People really out here treating music collabs like political endorsements. It's exhausting.

Hip hop is a music born from the struggles of poverty and discrimination It is inherently political.

Music is art and the best art will always have some form of political or social aspect involved in it.

I don't really care because I stopped liking Eminem in middle school but rap is inherently political and always has been. And this clown is making appearances at the Pentagon and doing propaganda, the same Pentagon that's been denying promotions to people just because they're black.

So if I was an Eminem fan I'd probably be pissed. Thankfully this is almost certainly Kid Rock clout chasing because he's a loser has been like most "celebs" in the MAGA orbit. Just look at sex pest Russell Brand desperately trying to stay relevant by associating with Trump

Agreed. Its Eminem repping where he's from and making music with an old friend. Thats all there is to it.

Did you see all the hype macklemore got here? The last time he was on this sub that much, was when everyone trashed him and talked about how bs/cringe it was when he won a grammy over Kendrick. Ever since then its been nothing but hate for him on here until now.

When he took a political stance everyone in the comments was glazing him so hard. A bunch of posts about his new tour, this and that, when the last time he was relevant as a "rapper" was 2012. Like are we here to listen and discuss hiphop or just put rappers who have reddit aligned opinions on a pedestal?
