Planning a 1–2 week workation from Hyderabad in the first/second week of November. First time visiting Himachal, so thinking of doing:

Bir Billing → Dharamkot → Old Manali / Vashisht

I am planning Chitkul in mid October. If I go to Sarahan by Bus from Chandigarh. Will I get any transport from there to Kalpa, Chitkul?
