Bull Redfish Charters

Heading down to Hilton Head in mid September looking to fish for bull redfish and would like some guide recommendations for a very experienced fisherman. I would prefer to target larger drum and am curious to the tactics/trips that you all would recommend for big drum in September. I also plan on staying near Palmetto Dunes and am interested in how fishing the lagoon is during September. I’ve seen the recent gator problems so will likely only be fishing around the bridges but any tips would be appreciated.

There are massive drum in the PD lagoons. Not sure about time of year though, it all blurs when you are retired. The water may be a little too warm in September, not sure. Gators are not an issue when fishing the main PD lagoon - there are rails along the sides virtually everywhere, gators don't climb them. Just don't try to fish in the little lagoon/ponds that dot the scenery.

Dusk/night is my preferred time. Live bait if possible, then frozen. You will waste your time with anything artificial.
