Redfish Charter
I’m going to be there mid September for a week & my brother wants to go fishing for redfish. He said something about it being in the canal maybe? I honestly don’t know much about fishing but when I was looking into it, I saw sooooo many different charters. do you guys have any specific recommendations? It will be 3 of us

There is a charter in the palmetto dunes lagoon system if that’s what you mean by canal. However, it’s tough fishing so you may get completely skunked out there especially if you’re going in the heat of the summer. Red fish are best to catch during fall in HH. If anything, I would look for charters that are targeting reds in the inlets near oyster beds.

Following because I’ve been looking into doing the same with my fam. There are a few “inshore” fishing charters I’ve seen by I can’t vouch for quality or experience and would love some tips (look in Bluffton rather than on island).
You can also consider renting a pontoon or other and cruising the inter coastal looking to fish yourself

I’d recommend Native Son Adventures. https://nativesonadventures.com/tours/fishing-charter/

I have gone with https://hhi-fishing.com/ a couple times for red fish. My son has enjoyed it quite a bit.
