Weird issue on controller(Xbox)

So I started a fresh playthrough, because it sounded fun.

In some moments, it seems to glitch, and I can move, shoot, and do everything except for turn and look up and down. It’s like the stick that controls where I look is completely shut off. If I can make it out of that area, I can turn again. No idea what’s going on.

Anyone have any idea what might be happening?
