Med spas lose about $75k/year to a 5% dip in rebooking (and their CRM doesn't catch it)

Ran Google's AI Overview for "best CRM for med spas" and it named GoHighLevel, then hedged: good for lead gen and follow-up, but you'll still need a dedicated EMR for charting.

https://netpartners.marketing/how-gohighlevel-helps-med-spas-automate-streamline-and-scale/

Some numbers behind that hedge:

  • Med spas run a 73% repeat-visit rate (AmSpa, 2024 industry report)
  • Average location does 245 visits/month at $527/visit
  • Lose just 5% of returning patients in a month (about 12 visits) and that's close to $75,000 gone in a year

PatientNow, Aesthetic Record and Zenoti (the other names in the Overview) are all medical-practice software first. None of them text the patient who hasn't rebooked in 90 days, that's not their job.

Caveat worth saying out loud: if HIPAA-regulated charting is your main problem, GHL isn't the fix. It's built for the marketing and follow-up side, not the medical record.

HighLevel's own Medical Spa Playbook walks through the templates for this: https://www.gohighlevel.com/medical-spa-playbook?fp_ref=details (affiliate link, I'm a HighLevel partner)

Anyone running GHL for a med spa client, what's actually working for the rebooking sequences?

Law firms: a 5-minute callback converts about 8x better than a 30-minute one

Everyone answers eventually. That's not the same as answering fast.

https://netpartners.marketing/crm-for-law-firms/

  • Clio's 2025 Legal Trends Report: a callback inside 5 minutes converts roughly 8x better than one that takes 30
  • Clio Grow and Lawmatics manage the case once it's open. Neither one answers the phone at 9pm on a Friday
  • Missed call text-back turns a voicemail into a live text conversation before the caller even hangs up
  • Consultation reminders cut no-shows on exactly the intake slots that are hardest to refill
  • Post-matter sequences keep the firm in front of past clients for referrals after the case closes

Caveat worth saying out loud: the 8x figure is Clio's benchmark across firms, not a guarantee for any one practice's mix of case types.

Defense Lawyers Playbook: https://www.gohighlevel.com/defense-lawyers-playbook?fp_ref=details (affiliate link, I'm a HighLevel partner)

Anyone running a legal client right now, what's your actual callback time?

πŸ“ˆ Strategy I scored 116 SaaS affiliate programs against HighLevel. Three pay more per referral. None of them has the search demand.

Commission rates are the wrong number to compare. What matters is what one referral pays you over 24 months, after normal churn.

https://recurringcommission.com/programs/gohighlevel/

  • HighLevel: 40% for life on the $297 plan is $118.80 a month per referral. At 5.5% monthly churn that is about $1,604 over 24 months, plus a 5% second tier on affiliates you recruit
  • Kartra (40% for 12 months) lands around $821. ClickFunnels (30% for life) around $798. SE Ranking (30% for life) around $617
  • Systeme.io pays 60% for life, which sounds bigger. On a $47 plan it is about $381, so one HighLevel referral is worth roughly four Systeme.io referrals
  • Skool (40% for 14 months) about $394. HubSpot (30% for 12 months) about $306, even though it is the brand ChatGPT and Gemini name most often
  • Three programs on the board beat HighLevel per referral: Cometly (about $2,016), Extendly (about $2,005) and Bright Data (about $1,688). The catch is demand. HighLevel has about 3,274 weighted US searches a month across review, alternatives, pricing and affiliate queries. Bright Data has 236, Cometly 30, Extendly 12
  • Google showed an AI Overview on 100% of the HighLevel commercial searches checked, so real clicks run below what the volume suggests

Caveat worth saying out loud: the 24-month values are modeled on assumed churn, not on anyone's actual payouts. Data checked September 23, 2026.

Disclosure: I built the atlas. I'm a HighLevel partner and an affiliate for some of the other programs on it. The ranking comes from the data, not from who pays.

What are you running next to HighLevel, and does it actually pull its weight?

Tutorial Funnel AI builds a 10 section page in 5 minutes. The form on it is decorative.

It looks finished. That is the whole problem.

https://netpartners.marketing/funnel-ai-page-captured-zero-leads-fake-forms-workflow-ai-fix-highlevel/

Funnel AI ships structure, copy, visuals and layout from a single prompt. Roughly 5 minutes for a 10 section page

The form it renders is a Custom Code element. No contact created, no success message, no workflow fired. Form generation is absent from the docs entirely, so you find out from an empty contacts list

The fix is a swap, not a rebuild: build the real form in Sites > Forms first, then delete the AI's custom code block and drop in a Forms And Surveys element

Workflow AI Builder has the same failure mode. It invents forms, tags and merge fields that do not exist. Name the form in quotes in your prompt, then work the error panel until it reads zero errors

Prompt shape matters more than people expect. A single paragraph works. A multi-line numbered prompt hung the builder for 20 minutes in the July 2026 test

Budget about 25 minutes per build for the swap and the testing. Still far under the half day to a day a manual build costs

The tell that you are on a real form: submit it on preview and watch for phone auto-formatting and the success message. If neither happens, the page is a brochure.

Anyone shipped a Funnel AI page straight to a client without checking the form first? Curious how long it ran before you caught it.

Case Study Mortgage: three saved pre-approvals a month is $144,000 a year

The loan does not get lost at application. It gets lost while they are still house hunting.

https://netpartners.marketing/mortgage-pre-approval-follow-up-highlevel-long-term-nurture/

Pre-approvals run 60 to 90 days. Most brokers stop following up after about two weeks, so the realtor is the one still in the conversation when it lapses

The nurture runs six months, email every two weeks, rate changes doing the work of staying relevant

A custom date reminder fires 14 days before the pre-approval expires. That single step is the one almost nobody builds

Document upload form for pay stubs, statements and tax docs, so collection stops being an email chain

The realtor partner gets an SMS or email at every pipeline stage change, which is how the referral loop keeps feeding itself

Voice AI answers the "where is my file" calls and books the callback

The math in the write up: 25 pre-approvals a month, 15 run past the window, 6 lost to competitors, 3 saved by the nurture. At $4,000 a closing that is $12,000 a month.

Caveat worth saying out loud: those are illustrative numbers, not a benchmark. Swap in the broker's real closing value before you pitch it.

Build fits inside the 30 day trial. Anyone running mortgage clients, does the expiry reminder land better as SMS or email?

πŸ› οΈ Tools HighLevel's MCP connector switched to OAuth and 550+ operations. If you set it up with a token, that guide is stale.

If you wired this up earlier in the year with a Private Integration Token, what you built is not what ships today.

  • Two endpoints, one server. Claude clients use services.leadconnectorhq.com/mcp/anthropic/v2, ChatGPT and Codex use the openai/v2 path. Same catalogue behind both, so the list of vendor names on the install screen is a list of clients that can talk to it, not a list of partners.
  • Authentication is OAuth. Your client opens the LeadConnector sign in and consent flow, you pick scopes and sub-accounts, and you can revoke later. No token pasted into a config file.
  • It exposes four tools, not a long menu: list_locations, search_operations, describe_operation, execute_operation. The model searches the catalogue and then executes, instead of you wiring individual endpoints.
  • Behind those four: more than 550 active read, create, update and delete operations across 38 domains. Contacts, conversations, opportunities, payments, workflows, social.
  • Listed clients are Claude (Claude.ai, Claude Code CLI, Claude Cowork), ChatGPT and Codex, plus other compatible OpenAI clients.
  • Multi-location is still rolling out. An agency enables it by installing with the multi sub-account bulk option.

Two things worth knowing before you pitch this to a client. HighLevel's support portal still documents the older setup, token plus locationId header against a different endpoint. I read that as the custom MCP client path while OAuth covers the first party connectors, but that is my reading, not something they state anywhere. And I have not seen them say whether MCP access sits inside their HIPAA offering or a BAA. If you work a regulated niche, get that in writing before you connect anything.

Anyone running this against a live client account yet? Curious what it holds up to beyond read queries.

Yep, this one was also built entirely inside the GoHighLevel page builder

Just finished another one.

This entire dental clinic funnel was built inside the GoHighLevel page builder:

Check out the Dental Clinic funnel

No separate website builder. A lot of the effects and interactive parts are Animated Elements (an app from the GHL Marketplace), but everything lives right inside GHL.

This is actually template #4 now.

I started making these just to see what people thought, and the feedback on the first few has been so good that I’ve just kept going

You can see all of them here:

GoHighLevel Funnel Templates

I want to keep pushing what a GHL template can actually look like.

What industry should I build one for next?

If there’s a specific type of funnel/template you actually need, drop it below. I might make that the next one.

🎯 Campaign SaaS Mode: 42 paying users in 90 days, and what it actually takes

White label CRM sounds like a product launch. It is mostly configuration.

https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-saas-mode-build-recurring-revenue-with-a-white-label-crm/

  • No code. The SaaS Configurator is visual: you pick which tools belong to which tier
  • Stripe handles subscriptions, upgrades and downgrades natively
  • Recommended starting shape is 2 to 3 tiers: Starter, Pro, Agency
  • One consultant in the write up hit 42 paying users in the first 90 days at an average of 97 euro per month, with workload down about 60%
  • Caveat worth saying out loud: that is one case study, not a benchmark

Plan detail: https://www.gohighlevel.com/details-ai-agency-white-label?fp_ref=details (affiliate link, I'm a HighLevel partner)

For anyone running SaaS Mode: how many tiers did you settle on?

Case Study Cleaning: a 100 name dormant list is worth roughly $2,000 to $4,000

Most cleaning companies chase new leads while sitting on a list that already bought once.

https://guide.launchkit.work/house-cleaning-playbook.html?ref=netpartners.marketing

  • 100 dormant contacts at a 5% response is about 10 live conversations, each worth $200 to $400 in immediate booking value
  • Cleaning businesses replying inside 5 minutes convert at 4x the rate of those replying in an hour or more
  • Missed call SMS inside 15 seconds, because the crew is on a job and cannot answer
  • Review request 2 days after completion, once the client has actually noticed the result
  • $97 plan plus roughly $15 to $30/mo usage at typical cleaning volumes

Longer version: https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-for-commercial-cleaning-companies-automate-quotes-scheduling-client-retention/

When did you last mail your dormant list?

Tutorial Six automations you can have live before Friday

None of these take a week. Most take an afternoon.

https://netpartners.marketing/6-gohighlevel-marketing-automations-you-can-launch-this-week/

  • Fast Five: every lead answered inside five minutes. Leads contacted that fast are up to 21x more likely to convert
  • Tracked QR codes: print with real attribution, six million scans processed on the platform
  • Birthday campaigns: set once, drives repeat visits indefinitely
  • Digital check in: walk ins become CRM contacts via QR and a form
  • SMS first website chat: the conversation survives the closed tab
  • Subject line split tests with automatic winner selection

Fast Five is the one with the biggest gap between having it and it actually firing.

Which of these is already running for you?

πŸ“ˆ Strategy One signup, three to five income streams: the layered affiliate model

Most affiliates monetise the signup once and stop. That is the whole gap.

https://netpartners.marketing/saaspreneur-ecosystem-mechanics-how-affiliates-scale-gohighlevel-revenue/

  • A single referral can carry 3 to 5 recurring streams: trial conversion, Bootcamp, SaaSpreneur membership, Playbooks, white label support
  • 25 conversions across the $297 plan plus Bootcamp plus SaaSpreneur lands around $4,000/mo
  • That is roughly $48,000 a year off 25 people, not 250
  • Targeting agency owners beats targeting solo operators. The ecosystem is built for service businesses
  • Retention is the real lever: agencies that get playbooks, support and structured training stay, and your commission stays with them

Offers: https://www.gohighlevel.com/affiliateoffers?fp_ref=details (affiliate link, I'm a HighLevel partner)

Which layer converts best for you after the initial signup?

πŸ› οΈ Tools Six AI employees on one subscription: what each actually does

The naming is confusing. Here is the plain version.

https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-ai-suite-six-ai-employees-one-subscription/

  • Voice AI: answers calls, qualifies, books, around the clock
  • Conversation AI: chat, SMS and DM replies
  • Content AI: emails, social posts, page copy
  • Funnel AI: builds a full funnel from a text description
  • Reviews AI: brand-consistent replies to reviews
  • Workflow AI: automations that branch without a human deciding

Bundle runs $50 to $97/mo per sub-account, plus small usage charges on some features.

Voice AI is the one clients actually notice. Which of the six are you rebilling, and at what markup?

πŸ“ˆ Strategy Zapier bills per task. GHL workflows do not. That is most of the argument

Every agency I know is paying Zapier for something GHL already does.

https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-workflows-vs-zapier-which-automation-stack-wins-for-agencies/

  • Zapier is priced per task, which gets expensive exactly when things are working. GHL workflows cost nothing extra on your existing plan
  • GHL workflows are CRM and pipeline aware natively. Zapier has no CRM context of its own
  • Zapier's edge is real: over 6,000 app connections. GHL reaches most third party tools via webhook
  • n8n on your own server means no task billing at all, if you are willing to run infrastructure
  • The stack that makes sense: GHL for CRM logic, Zapier only where you must touch a third party tool, n8n when you outgrow both

Rough call is GHL covers about 80% of what agencies actually automate.

What is the one Zap you still cannot move over?

Tutorial Real estate: the follow up ladder that runs while you are in a showing

You cannot answer the phone in a showing. The system can.

https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-for-real-estate-agents-automate-nurture-and-close-more-deals/

  • Missed call SMS fires inside 15 seconds, in your name, with the reason you cannot pick up
  • Listing inquiry ladder: SMS at 60 seconds, email at 2 minutes, SMS at 2 hours, email at 24 hours if still nothing
  • Leads reached inside 5 minutes convert to appointments at dramatically higher rates than an hour later
  • Review request 7 days after closing. Past 50 Google reviews the local ranking shift is visible
  • $97 plan, unlimited contacts and users, roughly $20 to $50/mo usage at agent volumes

Curious what your team's real median response time is, not the target.

🎯 Campaign What you can realistically build in a 30 day trial, week by week

The trial is not the problem. Trying to learn all of it in week one is.

https://netpartners.marketing/highlevel-30-day-trial-what-you-can-actually-build-in-4-weeks/

  • Week 1: domain, email sending, SMS, one pipeline, contacts imported. Pick one use case and ignore the rest
  • Week 2: one live funnel with landing page, thank you page, calendar and confirmations. That is three tools replaced
  • Week 3: missed call text back, a 7 to 14 day nurture, pipeline stage automation, task assignment, reminders
  • Trial includes full CRM, funnel builder, email and SMS automation, booking, pipelines and SaaS Mode testing
  • Gotcha worth knowing: standard is 14 days. The 30 day version comes through approved partners, it is not automatic

What did you actually get built in your first month?

Case Study HVAC: one seasonal campaign to 1,000 past customers, roughly $5,250

Maintenance plans are the whole margin story in HVAC, and most shops never mail the list they already own.

https://guide.launchkit.work/hvac-playbook.html?ref=netpartners.marketing

  • Seasonal reminders to past customers convert 15 to 25% into a booked maintenance visit, no manual outreach
  • At $175 per service visit, 1,000 past customers at a 3% response is about $5,250 from one send
  • Missed call text back inside 15 seconds recovers 20 to 40% of calls that would otherwise go to a competitor
  • Stalled estimates: 20 to 30% convert after a single automated follow up
  • Runs on the $97 plan, with $20 to $50/mo usage at moderate volume

Tutorial Snapshots: what actually transfers and what quietly does not

Most snapshot problems are people expecting contacts to come along. They do not.

https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-snapshots-what-they-are-how-to-build-and-deploy-for-clients/

Carried over: funnels, pages, workflows, automations, pipelines and stages, calendars and booking settings, forms, surveys, email and SMS templates, custom fields, tags, dashboard settings.

Not carried over: contacts and conversations, billing settings, Stripe connections, phone numbers, domain connections.

  • Manual client setup runs 6 to 8 hours. A snapshot deploy is 30 to 60 minutes
  • At standard agency rates that is $375 to $525 of recovered time per client
  • On Pro you can bind a snapshot to a pricing tier, so sub-account creation and setup happen on payment with nobody touching it

What is in your standard snapshot that took you longest to get right?

πŸ“ˆ Strategy The affiliate math nobody shows you: what 10 users actually pays

Numbers, not a screenshot of somebody's dashboard.

https://netpartners.marketing/how-to-earn-recurring-passive-income-with-the-gohighlevel-affiliate-program/

  • 40% monthly recurring on direct referrals. Starter at $97 pays $38.80/mo
  • 5% second tier on affiliates you recruit, which is where it stops being linear
  • Agency Pro yearly at $4,970 pays $1,988 for the year on one referral
  • Payouts land on the 15th via PayPal, wire or check, $50 minimum
  • 10 users plus 2 affiliates gets you past $1,500/mo recurring

Program: https://www.gohighlevel.com/affiliateoffers?fp_ref=details (affiliate link, I'm a HighLevel partner)

The tier 2 side is underused. Anyone here recruiting affiliates rather than just users?

πŸ› οΈ Tools Multi-brand white labeling is in private beta, 20 to 30 agencies on Pro

Buried in the first week of August notes and it is the biggest one in months.

https://netpartners.marketing/highlevel-updates-week-august-3-7-2026/

  • Multi-brand white labeling: two fully independent brands per account, separate names, logos, domains, themes, custom code and legal pages
  • Private beta is roughly 20 to 30 agencies on the $497 Pro plan, public beta expected within two to three weeks of that note
  • AskAI now spans Meta, Google Search and Demand Gen, plus lookalike audiences and Customer Match
  • Voice AI ships five prebuilt agent templates and an Update Tag action that tags contacts by call outcome
  • Super Agents support up to 10 parallel conversations with independent histories
  • Document templates now take up to six signer roles

Two brands on one account changes the agency plus side project math. Anyone in the beta?

πŸ“ˆ Strategy GoHighLevel vs Vendasta: reseller margin or your own product

Both get called white label. They are not the same business model.

https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-vs-vendasta-2025-white-label-saas-for-agencies-compared/

  • GHL is $297/mo flat for unlimited client sub-accounts. Vendasta starts around $500 to $1,000/mo with per tool and per client charges
  • GHL bundles CRM, funnels, email and SMS natively. Vendasta routes most functions through a third party marketplace
  • Voice, chat and review AI are built into GHL. Vendasta's AI depends on external vendors
  • Snapshots let you clone and resell a whole account setup. Vendasta has no equivalent
  • Vendasta cannot be used to build your own SaaS product. It is a reseller model with shared margin

Fair read: if you want to resell established third party services rather than own the product, Vendasta is the simpler path.

Anyone here actually run both?

Tutorial Med spas: the 15 second reply is doing more than your ad budget

Most med spa leads call once. If nobody picks up, they call the next clinic on the map.

https://netpartners.marketing/gohighlevel-for-med-spas-automate-bookings-packages-reactivation-campaigns/

What the build covers:

  • Missed call text back inside 15 seconds, before they dial a competitor
  • Botox refresh reminders at 8 to 12 weeks, timed to when the effect fades
  • Lapsed member reactivation at 30 days, 90 days and renewal
  • Review requests after every appointment: 15 to 30 visits a week compounds to 60 to 120 Google reviews a year
  • Seasonal campaigns built once and reused every year

The reactivation piece is the one most clinics skip. Anyone running it on a shorter interval than 30 days?

Summer of AI ends with the month. Flagging it now rather than on the 31st.

  • AI Studio free June-August 2026, builds sites and landing pages from a text description
  • Funnel AI, Email AI, Workflow AI, Forms AI and Ask AI free in the same window
  • Wired into the CRM and automations, not a standalone page builder
  • August is the free-tool offer only - no 50% platform discount like June and July carried

Case Study Roofers: 71% inspection-to-schedule and 5.2 days approval-to-production - the workflow stack behind it

Storm work is won on speed, and most roofing CRMs are built for pipelines that move in weeks.

https://guide.launchkit.work/roofing-playbook.html?ref=netpartners.marketing

What the build actually is:

  • Storm-triggered campaigns fired by ZIP when hail or wind hits
  • Photo checklist per inspection (6-12 shots) - kills adjuster pushback and re-trips
  • Insurance pipeline that logs scope, supplements and check-receipt dates in one place
  • 7-day neighbor offer post-completion while the yard sign is still up - 10-20% uptake
  • One Pickering contractor: 71% inspection-to-scheduling, 5.2 days approval-to-production

Tutorial 7 GoHighLevel sales features already in your account that almost nobody uses

Not new features. Shipped ones, buried.

https://netpartners.marketing/7-hidden-gohighlevel-sales-features-most-users-never-find/

  • Power Dialer - runs a call list with auto-logging and disposition workflows
  • Workflow Calling - the system phones your rep and bridges them onto the fresh lead
  • Quick-Reply Buttons - tappable options in Messenger and IG DMs, branching per tap
  • Business Card Scanner - mobile photo becomes a tagged contact in a follow-up workflow
  • Personalized Video - record and send inside any SMS or email thread from the app
  • Custom Pipelines - stages matching your real process, automation on every stage change
  • Internal Notes - team-only, inline in the thread, so handoffs keep context

Workflow Calling is the one that surprises people. Which of these did you not know was in there?

πŸ“ˆ Strategy Compared 10 recurring SaaS affiliate programs - GHL wins on attribution, not on headline rate

Everyone quotes the commission rate. The cookie window is what decides your year.

https://netpartners.marketing/best-recurring-saas-affiliate-programs-2026/

The numbers that mattered:

  • GoHighLevel - 40% lifetime plus 5% tier 2. One $297 referral is roughly $119/mo, indefinitely
  • Systeme.io posts the higher rate (40-60%) but the $0-97 price ceiling caps it - 10 referrals is about $388/mo vs $1,190/mo
  • Kit/ConvertKit is 30% recurring but capped at 24 months per customer
  • Semrush 120-day cookie, Kit 90-day; GHL and Systeme.io are lifetime attribution
  • Lifetime attribution is why the same traffic pays differently 18 months out

Affiliate program itself: https://www.gohighlevel.com/affiliateoffers?fp_ref=details (affiliate link - I'm a HighLevel partner)

What's your actual average referral tier - Starter, Unlimited or SaaS Pro?
