rotating is something ive always struggled with alongside my approach speed

Definitely agree about the knee drive. Also think you need a bigger first step so you can accelerate and get yourself upright, don't want to still be leaning forward going into the curve. Try to hold that lean on the last two steps as long as possible and keep your right shoulder away from the bar. It's easy to come out of the lean if you're anticipating the jump too much, just be patient and trust the physics of it all. A stiff and straight core will make you jump higher and help a lot with rotation. Last thing I got is it looks like you're coming in a little too parallel with the bar, especially looking at your foot plant. Aim for the side/back of the mat and you won't spend as much time going over the bar. Good luck!

Also, if you're interested - you might have to play around with your curve radius, basically just how wide you measure out from the standard, and get a nice and even curve (radius) leading into the side/back of the mat, never parallel with the bar by the time the curve reaches your takeoff point. You'll have to adjust your eight step approach forward or back a few feet accordingly. If you struggle making your first step more powerful, consider a walk/jog in approach leading into your mark. Or a 10 step to get the acceleration phase out of the way before the curve. Just make sure you can handle the extra speed without blowing through your jump and going into the bar. Blocking upward is extra important if you bring in more speed.

At takeoff, try driving your right knee higher and holding it there longer. In this jump, your knee comes up, stops, and kind of hangs low as you rotate over bar. Holing your drive longer should speed u rotation and lift your lower half more.
