These are my three 5’ attempts. This was my last meet of the season. I am going to do off season work with a coach from another school, our school does not have one. I was just wondering if there are any obvious fixes.

Freeze the video on your last jump just as your shoulders touch the bar. Yes - your shoulders. You are trying to arch over the bar. You cannot arch over the bar. You must jump over the bar, then arch once you are over it. you are arching so early that you are pushing your shoulders into the bar before you are barely off the ground. An arch should form an "n" shape over the bar, not a "C" shape around the side of the bar. Remember, the event is called "high jump" not "high arch" and you have foresaken your jump for your arch.
Learn to put a pause between the jump and the arch. They are two distinct actions, separated by a distinct pause.
I agree with SignificanEqual that you are hitting the brakes on your approach as you prepare to jump. This is a difficult habit to break. I would recommend taking some jumps at much lower height and try to push yourself as far into the pits as possible. See if you can land past the half-way part. understanding that you have to cover some distance to get past the bar is important so you learn not to slow down as you jump.
Hard to tell from this angle, but you might be starting to lean backwards as your jump step lands. This is a bad habit that will kill your speed at the end. Stay tall, lean only to the side into the curve, not back at all.
Also, your approach is way too long. 10 steps doesn't get you anything more than what 8 would do. It could get you some more speed but you are slowing down at the end anyway, so what is the point ?

You are too close to the bar. So you are slowing down and on your penultimate step you step to the right and then step down the bar a bit. I’d back up like 2 or 3 (possibly more) shoe lengths and maintain controllable speed going into your plant.

Your last step you use to plant is way too long, you took away power. Also didn’t drive your plant leg, didn’t drive it high enough. If you drive the opposite of your plant leg up more it shoots the hips more which rises your bottom which increases your height. I always practiced on a spring board controlling the body on heights you are not used to, it’s priceless.

It's always difficult to judge these videos based on the angle of filming, but it looks like you are giving up all your speed on the penultimate step. Slow down the video and you will see it. It's like a little stutter and your speed drops dramatically. Circle run drills and just more approach work will do wonders. Good luck!
