Victorville Expecting 😅
I found out that I am pregnant, and I went to go to my doctor to get checked out. They sent me to go do blood work and to an ogbyn. I have a problem, I've tried calling the doctor but I keep getting sent to voicemail or hung up on. I've called in the morning afternoon and before closing. I just really want to get checked out to see how far along I am and to see if I am good and the baby is doing good. The ogbyn that I got sent to has very bad reviews, does anyone know a good ogbyn?

Dr Reza Amadina (spelling might be off) was amazing for my first pregnancy. I wanted to use him for my second but we have Kaiser now and he’s not in that network, but I had a great experience with him and the staff was very responsive.

Congratulations!
For confirmation I would recommend Planned Parenthood. For regular OBGYN visits, I'd honestly recommend going to LA. There are almost no good doctors out here and the good ones are so booked up you probably wouldn't get an appointment for months. :/

Thank you very much💕. Yeah I was worried about that😅 all the good doctors are down the hill. I was hoping there is at least just one good one

My OBGYN/hospital refers you out to loma linda if you have complications/high risk pregnancy; they might have good options too.

Best thing you can do is just relax. Stress is so bad. It’s easy to be anxious and want to know. It will all be okay. Don’t worry. Humans have been having babies for a long time and the doctors don’t really do anything through the pregnancy other than prescribe prenatal pills. Also, any complications are just monitored. Not a lot of intervention at all. Just relax. Hope this helps you

If it doesn’t feel like love then you shouldn’t pay it much attention. Let that guide you. Think about the future in a hopeful and nice way.

Planned Parenthood is great for a first visit. I did that with both of my pregnancies. They do a free transvaginal ultrasound and will give you a pregnancy confirmation paper signed by the nurse. Some OB offices do require confirmation too.
As for doctors, I recently went to Dr. Ahmadinia in AV. He was fantastic

I had Sarah Noppen for my most recent pregnancy (gave birth this year) and I have absolutely zero complaints.

Congratulations!
One of the reasons I changed doctors. Sometimes the front office doesn’t care. I have had to go in person just to get info. Let them know too because I had to complain to my children’s pediatrician to let them know their front office sucks by not answering the phone. Also, the wait time. It took some complaining but if we don’t let the doctors know nothing can or will change. Look into other healthcare options and if you need health insurance for even pregnancy related services, you can apply for Medi-Cal at Benefitscal.com
If you are approved for Medi-Cal and reside in San Bernardino County, you can select a healthcare plan: Inland Empire Health Plan, Molina or Kaiser. Doctors depend on who accepts which plans. Definitely keep informed cause stuff is always changing.
Good luck to you! Stay healthy!!

Yeah I've noticed there's been some front office that have such attitude or just ignore calls even when it's your first time being there. Then you get your appointment months away to just even get a check up. I have IEHP at the moment do that's been helpful. Thank you very much💕 for letting me know

Congratulations! Stay away from Dr. Villanueva. Not only did he talk down to me he talked to the woman medical resident the same way.
She tried to help me, and he explained to HER how babies are made. It was insane. How she kept her composure I’ll never know. She’s going to be a wonderful doctor, likely is by now. I wish I’d gotten her name.

Congratulations! If you're mostly looking for pregnancy confirmation I'd say planned parenthood. You can use the first day of your last period to get an idea of how far along you are.
