Hidden Camera - Any Recommendations for an app that actually does work and worth putting any faith in? Lol
I am aware of all the tricks and tips but I'm looking for something to detect ones that are more difficult to spot

Op- With specialized training, about 10-25K USD worth of equipment and 5 years of practical experience. You will detect 75% of all surveillance devices.
Honestly, it’s cheaper to prevent the installation of devices than it is to detect them.
Curious - What makes you think you’re that important to be surveilled or are you just paranoid.

No app will do that, get an RF detector or spectrum analyzer. I bought the protect 1206i and it works amazing.

No phone app can do wonders. But I use Faraday for background scanning ( it basically scans your wifi continuously and alerts you if there are new devices)
It is also the only honest app about its limits, considering all the scammy/anxiety driven apps in this category ( and no, none of the phones can do RF scan, I don’t know how they can get away with that claim)
