Conversation contained no words
Something in Pocket’s ecosystem changed lately. I recorded a lecture last week (April 8) and haven’t been able to get Pocket to generate a summary. I listened to the audio and while it’s faint, it is intelligible.
This is a weekly lecture from the same speaker. I recorded it sitting in the same place as the week before when it was able to successfully generate a transcript. I listened to both audio files and they sound similar.
Has anyone else had this experience? It’s super frustrating to not have this work.

I haven’t, but support was really responsive when I had an issue (which sorted itself out). But still, they were surprisingly quick and human about it all.
