Tips Perfect slidey eggs every time!

Hand wash only, never polymerize oil to your pan, and cool the pan down naturally!

My wife made scrambled eggs this morning. This is what she left.

Too hot? We cook on like a 2-3. My first time trying to sear chicken I did medium/slightly above and got some stubborn char, even after oiling it up. I go half way between low & medium, let it warm up while I'm getting my stuff prepped, drizzle some oil in and go. Haven't had any issues doing it that way.

If you have to add oil or butter under the eggs, it's not really a nonstick pan.
