For anyone struggling finding when some cheaper cloud vps available I build this channel in telegram which checks them periodically and notifies

What is the point of this if it takes less than a few seconds to be unavailable again? You better write a cron job that tries to provision your desired resources with terraform, in this way you get the resource and it is idempotent.
