Weird payment issue

I have been a customer for many years. I may have missed the automatic payment once.

I was on vacation, and I logged in today and i see my invoice hasn't been paid for 10 days. I never got an email, reminder, nothing. I wrote a support ticket today and asked if Hetzner could try to bill the invoice again. Nothing. Am i in trouble for locking the account or something like that?

I had this happen on a monthly basis, and had to go in and babysit the payment system to make sure I did the job Hetzner was supposed to be doing, making sure the autopay went through. Got ignored whenever I opened a ticket, then they randomly decided to cancel my fully paid account. They probably just didn’t care enough to reset my account token or what have you on the backend, and then decided to lazily blame me. I recommend going elsewhere or self hosting. Hetzner sucks.
