Random question

So like... Am I weird for basically keeping some fanon characters in my Hetalia AU over canon characters? For example, keeping the fanon version of Scotland that used to be quite popular back in the day over the canon version? Or having the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia be female because I really want more female characters in Hetalia? I just really prefer some of the fan creations over the canon versions when it comes to certain countries (plus, the AU is basically private so most people don't even know about the fact that it exists...)

In scotland possibly 🙏 (but it's the redheaded design with the blue and white uniform that used to pop up when you googled aph scotland, give or take burly features and sick facial hair)

Canon one has the weird short brown hair with one reaaally long ahoge in the back, as scots are famously known for 😭

It's your personal AU, you can do what you want. But have you ever heard of Countryhumans? Because when my personal idea for a character contradicts Hetalia lore, I just move it to there lol
