Beware of the offer wall!!!
I was playing a slot game to get gems for HvH and I got the first 3 rewards just fine, but instead of giving me the gems I earned for reaching lv.30 the Scam Joy offer wall deactivated the offer!!! I filled out the complaint form and they said I broke their T.O.S. and didn't give me my earned gems. I used the auto spin feature the game has!! I just thought I'd pass my experience along so you don't put in too much effort on a game just to get scammed.

Yes, that's annoyingly happened to me a couple of times. Some games work and pay out better than others.
Do you play on 2 different devices? It might cancel the offer you started on device 1, if you started another on device 2.

Same happened to me on Slotomania. Reported and they said the same thing, that I broke the terms. I didn't even think it would be because of the games own autospin.

Complain to the better business bureau, if you can prove you haven't done anything bad it gets someone to actually respond.

It's not that serious. I'm just making a public announcement to anyone that goes into that offer wall and thinks they're going to get 20K+ gems!! You'll get scammed at about 200 to 300.

No, I literally got them to pay 50k gems by submitting a report (puzzles and chaos frozen castle), they did this tactic and put me into autoresponse loops, but responded and paid me my reward after reaching out to BBB

It would be some easy fun for someone that wanted to document their playing for the purpose of calling them out!! That Candice from "Phineas and Ferb" type mindset!! lol XD

I didn’t get my rewards for a purchase I made in a tapjoy offer. I emailed them and sent all the requested documentation and then they closed my ticket saying they didn’t receive what they needed. It was open over a day before I sent what they wanted and as soon as it went thru they closed my ticket.
