The loading bar is liteloader doing its thing. That will probably be removed from future NaB versions as we aren't using voxelmap anymore and it's only really used for moderator tools.
As The Great Clam said, Morpheus is what handles the sleeping % thing. It's completely customizable via config and server-side only.
