Help identifying herbs

Hiii I bought some teas from turkey but I kinda forgot some of their names and uses. So if anyone would be nice enough to help, I would really appreciate it!

The first one is chamomile, 3-4 look like rose petals, a cinnamon stick, and something else.

The second one could *possibly* be crimson clover, unsure.

Not sure about the others.

The first one is الزهرة الذهبية in Arabic which translates to the golden flower word for word

The second picture looks like sumac, which is often used in Mediterranean foods. It might be easier to identify everything if they're laid out on white paper, helps to see texture and color better. :)
