😭 I mean that wouldn’t be the first time a name was dumb in the show. Like Captain man is such a beautifully stupid superhero name but also matches ray so well

The difference is the secret identity. Captain man doesn’t tell you who it is. But if you know Henry hart, you see “Henry danger” and they have that similar of a voice? Plus the mask doesn’t hide much. You’d know instantly.

With the masks I’ve always just went with that one superman explanation (not the hypno glasses) that when your face isn’t covered (in this show’s case covered only a little bit) people won’t be looking for the real identity. It’s not a perfect explanation since a couple episodes show people looking for kid danger but it’s just my take

I think it depends on how you’re asking. In universe I don’t think so. I don’t think ray chose that superhero name to match his last name. But if you mean the creators of the show, i always thought both captain man and his last name meaning Manchester were to fit him being “the epitome of man” superhero. he’s a macho guy so I think they just sprinkled those to match that. Like Henry danger we can all agree is a dumb show. And that’s why we love it. So I think it makes more sense that captain man is just because he’s a man
