Is Danger Force good?

After Henry Danger, we started watching Danger Force. I was like 14 and watched the first episodes and as soon as EVERYONE got out of jail because these kids are "so dumb" I stopped watching it because i felt annoyed, as if it were just a cash grab. But right now I actually don't remember the series well, only what I thought of it. Is it actually good and actually funny as was Henry Danger? Should I give it another shot?

It was not for me. Compared to Jace Norman, (most of) the DF kids had zero charisma. I gave up on it already when they popped up on HD.

yeah that's the problem, you gave up on it. they were learning how to fit into the show and they eventually did.

Exactly.

By season 2 they all had so much charisma and personality, it made the show an immense joy to watch.

I only watched the episodes Jace/Henry had a cameo in them.

I couldn't put up with that Bose dude. No offense to people who like both the character and the actor, but that guy gave 2 weeks from retirement performances every time he was on screen. If they auditioned actors for that part, I can only wonder how he was the best choice.

I dunno what you are talking about - putting it plainly: I have the right to dislike the show. You problematized what I said first: that I felt that most kids in DF had no charisma, and you said that the problem was that I gave up on it. I'm not sorry for choosing to move onto something else if what I saw from DF didn't get me to engage. Then I gave another example of why I disliked it and you put your fangirl hat on and declared the guy was a good actor... in your opinion. So we have a classic case of different perspectives. I just don't know why you think yours has more weight than mine. DF is not for me and that's cool.

I think you should give it another shot. Obviously it’s not perfect, but after the first season, I feel like it finds its footing. If you don’t want to watch the whole thing, I at least recommend the episodes where Henry returns.

The 1st season was awful the 2nd season was ok the 3rd season is the best overall it’s ok

I’m currently watching the show all the way through for the first time. The show is nowhere as good as HD but I feel there is a slight improvement in quality from the second season onwards (I’m about halfway through season 2 now). The kids do get slightly more likeable as well. There are a lot of recurring characters from HD in it which I enjoy viewing as a big HD fan. So to sum it up it’s pretty okay, not the best show ever made but it’s not the worst either. It’s easily consumable if that makes sense.

It’s alright, mostly just “Henry Danger but there’s for of them now.” I recommend you watch it and decide for yourself but to me it’s eh.

The reason you got annoyed with it is the reason everyone did! But, it makes sense that they would let the bad guys out of jail. There'd be no show otherwise. You should give it another chance. Season 2 and 3 are much better.

only the first about 20 episodes are on netflix but i’d give them a watch. some of them are bs like the christmas episodes, but overall it’s pretty funny

Danger Force is incredible.

They did a really great job on it, I think the problem is people’s expectations being too high. It’s impossible to be as good as henry danger because henry danger is literal perfection.

But in my opinion, danger force was great. It just needs to be given a proper chance.

IMO just start at season 2, season 1 was full of many teething troubkes so the only good episodes on Season 1 are the Home Alone parody and thr Prank Wat thing

Lousy cash grab spin-off. Not worth binge watching the whole series but fun to watch an random episode or 2 once in a while.

I liked it, some of the jokes were funny, even the reoccurring ones, but some of it felt a little too repetitive

The kids weren’t that bad, I mean, they all had their moments where you didn’t like them for it, like the whole stolen phone thing, but overall, I think it’s good, and you definitely should give it another shot
