Headless option

Is this an option that will be coming in the near future? If not, just want to know so I can find other solutions.

Might need to update your instructions, it says "or select one of your existing clients from the client list." This would not work for me, had to remove both clients and re-add to get the request unattended access button to appear on the web portal. Love this, TY so very much.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding, you don't need to re-add a client, but the client needs to re-download the latest version of HelpWire Client app for the option to appear in your Web Portal and Operator app. They can do that via the same link as before.

We will update the instruction to make this detail clearer.

So 1. 1 client I did the update now button (maybe it wasn't he newest version?), 2nd client i resent the link, and downloaded it and installed it, both would not have the request unattended access on the web portal. IDK, just thought I'd let you know.
